Faulty Airfryer

Good day

We bought a Bennett Ried 8L Airfryer from them in January 2024. Unfortunately we have hardly had the use of the item as it has been back now 4-5 times for repairs and each time we get it back the same issue persists. We would like our money back or a suitable replacement not the same as we have no belief in the item. We paid over R2000 for tne item through Game Benoni. We feel the item is a total failier and can't accept this as the Airfryer has been broken for 90% of the time we have had it. Each time we returned it for repairs we requested a replacement to solve the issue but they refuse and repair it which has failed every time.
