Faulty air fryer and poor service.

Bought Bennet Read 22lt air fryer oven on 11/3/2022 from Game in Welkom. Had trouble with oven. As soon as heated it tripped my power supply. Took to Game, agent plugged in and decided there is nothing wrong, did not even wait to heat up. On 29/4/2022 I took it back to store. Yesterday when I enquired about the oven, they informed me that they have not attend to it yet as there is other appliances in line. I am pensioner and this oven cost me R 2799. I bought it to make things easier for me. Please assist to solve this.
