False advertising at TEVO factory outlet in Port Elizabeth

Me and my husband went into TEVO factory outlet in Port Elizabeth in hopes of getting the advertised shox speaker, so the retail price for the specific speaker is R699 and the 3 day special price was R240, keep into account that this was the second day of the sale, so we get there and take the speaker that was advertised for R240 only to be told it is no longer R240 but R699, okay so my husband asks the lady if it's the same speaker that was on special and she says yes but the sale ones are sold out, okaaaaaay wait! So u telling me that the speaker we have in our hands is the one that's on sale but sold out? How is this even possible when it's a 3 day sale and we have one in our hands?? OK Einstein I'm confused, pull me closer so I can hear you better.... Most pathetic thing I have ever heard. So I am highly disappointed in the customer service we received as we drove all the way across town, super unfriendly staff we encountered and I don't think I will ever buy anything from tevo again and it's a pity coz I do quite like there products.
