FALLS QUARANTINE FOR ITEMS

I bought a Bennett R iron on 2020-08-14 an on 2021-01-11 while using it ,it just stop working, took it to Game, where I bought it since it was it under Guarantee of 2 years.

I'm told it's going for repairs and it's going to take 21 days, while I wait with no replacement or something to use meanwhile.

It's really strange that a product that is less than six months old could be taken for repair
