EXTREMELY RUDE SALES LADY! NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was my first time buying from this company and boy I wasn't ready for such HUGE FRUSTRATION. I bought a Bennett Read Blender from Game and the first blender was faulty, had to return it was told that they couldn't assist me because they've close, just couldn't believe it and the lady was extremely RUDE. I was warned not to buy the product by a customer at the store, as she had a similar experience with their products and thought she was just being funny. The guy who sold me the blender said it was an all rounder as I could mix my baking ingredients but that wasn't the case and added that should I not be satisfied with the product I should return it. The customer service lady I found where I went back was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE had to leave it at the store because she was extremely RUDE!!! I just want my money back because I'm literally NOT HAPPY with this blender, it can't be giving me the same issues again.. totally unacceptable!!! I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS BEHAVIOUR AND SERVICE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.
