Extremely bad customer service

On 26 July I went to Game Cresta and took in a Bissell aerovac vacuum cleaner (a Tevo product) to repair a damaged cord. I was to be called back to accept a quote. This never happened and since then I have been given the runaround by various people as my vacuum cleaner shuttles between Game and Tevo: Matsepo from Game; Varushka from Tevo: and Tsietso from Tevo. Today I tried calling Game Cresta's manager, Kefilwe: her number rang and rang before the call ended abruptly. So a month later I am no further forward. My complaints are the following 1. extremely bad service from both Game and Tevo 2. Game passing the buck to Tevo saying it's not their product 3. Tevo's nefarious practice of requesting payment upfront for the repair before they will assist. I will not be doing any more business with Game, nor will I buy any Tevo product.
