Exellent Service from TEVO (Bennet Read)

What excellent service as I bought a Bennet Read 6 superchef and wanted 2 extra innerpots.. I had to buy a new electric pressure cooker after getting the most shocking after sales service from Salton. Staff at Tevo responded immediately and even tho' the inner pots arrived damaged ,which was well spotted by the Game Tevo staff member, I got my inner pots the following Friday. Adelle at customer service was friendly and efficient. The quality of the inner pots were excellent as my Salton's inner pot got damaged within a month and they could not assist with a replacement despite my many emails.
