I would love to give praise to your ambassador Fhulu (Tevo)who was placed at Makro Wonderboom on 24/04/2025. I initially went to get thee cheapest kettle as it was an emergency. He found me in the isle busy scanning the kettles and he asked if he could be of assistance as he sees that i am looking, mind you, i had been in that isle for a while without anybody approaching me for assistance. I explained what i needed and he showed me the cheapest options. He asked if he could tell me about the your brand and its benefits; he showed me the Berlinger Haus that i loved however i was on a zero budget and ended up buying the Bennett Read ( it was also above my budget ) because i appreciated his passion in selling the brand to me. His presentation was not intrusive in that i felt pressured to buy your product, i loved how he listened to what i wanted, then proceeded to show me the items that were cheap and then asked to tell me about your brand. He was very informed and answered all the questions i had based on his presentation and he was patient in that i did not feel hurried along and the awesome tips to keeping it clean. Please give this man his flowers, Thank you for the humanity and superb customer service you gave and my mother loves her kettle and says that it is working perfectly!
