Elderly person problems with repairs of online purchased Bennet Read item

I am an elderly lady and bought a Bennet Read Alphabot max online from Makro on 22 August 2022. I only drive to nearby shops in Somerset West. A small part broke and I sent photos to Benet Read platform. Hailey at *** phoned and instructed me to take it to Game, Somerset Mall. Tevo manager Cole Hunt at Game could not take in the faulty machine as it has a Makro invoice. I have phoned 4 times today, but Hailey has not come back to me. Please arrange a courier to collect my faulty item and deliver after repairs.
