Don’t waste your money on the Bennett Read iron.

It’s expensive and completely useless. After just two months of buying an R800 iron from Game, it stopped turning on. Returning it to Game was a nightmare — they insisted on sending it to Tevo for “assessment and repair.”

It took an entire month before we got the iron back. Guess what? It turned on, but it was leaking water and didn’t heat up at all. Clearly, no one tested it before returning it to us. We took it back again, and after another two weeks, we received it — this time it turns on but overheats uncontrollably. There’s no way to adjust the temperature since it’s supposed to be “self-regulating,” and now it just burns clothes.

We’ve lost all energy to go back again. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. A complete waste of money.
