Don't waste money on Tevo products.

Let me start this review off by saying I rarely write bad reviews about South African companies, but in this case I feel the general public has to be made aware of this company before you waste your hard earned money. I bought a Magneto 600w Powerstation in September 2023. I registered for the extended warranty because it was a quite expensive product.

I reported a problem to Tevo, and they informed me that the unit will be repaired out of warranty. Eventually after a lengthy email fight I was able to secure that the unit will be replaced as per an email I received from Tevo. I received the exchanged unit back from Tevo and let me just say that the product I received is definitely not new, in fact it is the very same unit that I sent to them. The box that the new unit came in looks like it fell of the back of a truck.

That powerstation was R6999.00, that is by no means a small amount of money. Had I trusted my good judgment and rather bought a Ecoflow powerstation I would have received an excellent product and definitely a better customer service experience.

Do not waste your money buying Tevo products. Rather pay that few extra Rands and get a better quality product and better after sale service.
