Don't order online

Don't ever order anything online from Bennet Read! It has been 9 days and no one is getting back to me on where my order is. Immediately after ordering, the status showed "collection complete". I have send numerous emails with no response. When I phoned, there is either no answer or the person says the product will be delivered "tomorrow" which obviously never happens.
