Don't by products which fall under TEVO distributorship...Absolutely no after sales service!!!!

I purchased a Bennett Read One vacuum cleaner from Makro in April 2020. After a few months the vacuum pipe started separating and coming apart. We wnet back to Makro and they informed us that they do no carry parts we need to go to a TEVO shop. It then started doing this in another place on the pipe. We have been trying to purchase a new pipe for many months now. All the TEVO shops we have been to say they have to order it and that they will get back to us. Well....we are still waiting. 2 weeks ago I contacted TEVO but I cannot get hold of them. I have emailed and "chatted" to their bot Hannah and even the bot doesn't get back to us. I have messaged them via Facebook and still no response from TEVO.

We are otherwise happy with Bennett Read products, however I would hesitate to purchase them in future as there is absolutely no after sales service from their agents TEVO. In fact I would not purchase any product which falls under the TEVO agency/distributorship.
