Don't buy Bennet Read

We bought a gas/electric oven combo unit and it arrived with a broken element, substantiated by our own electrician. They sent a replacement unit which had exactly the same issue. Now, they won't pay the installation costs for the new replacement, and they are delaying the collection of the unit, which means we don't get our refund unless we comply with their timeline. All in all, a poor experience. I would not recommend this company for any electronic equipment.
