DON'T EVER BUY TEVO'S PRODUCTS LIKE BISSEL

On 10/11/2015 I took my Bissel Mop in for repairs @ Midrand. It was tripping my power. I asked because I come from far if they can have a look @ the machine. I was told by Marius that the Machine was discontinued and that the broken Machines were in the warehouse and that they must look for spare parts on the broken machines an that I must book in the machine. I asked if they can open the machine to see if it was a loose wire. I waited 1 hour just for Marius to come back and told me nothing was wrong but I can take the machine and if I have a problem I can give it in at any Makro and they will send the machine to them. I came home and the same problem was happening. I took the machine to Makro and I was told that I cant give it in without a slip. I phone Marius and Shane and they picked up the machine. On 27/11 I was again called by Marius to tell me nothing was wrong. I refuse to take this info and he then called someone and was told that the power will not trip as they are a business. He then took the machine home and called me on 30/11 to tell me that nothing was wrong but he will get his manager to call me. Nothing is happening it has been 20 days now!
