Do you have customer service

I bought Electrolux Vacuum from Makro a year ago, recently I need to replace the filter according to the owner's guide but couldn't find anywhere to buy it, I called customer helpline for 10 times and each time is either no one picking up the call or it's just hang up. I gave up, if I couldn't maintenance my vacuum then I rather return it. I will never buy any product from electrolux anymore and I will suggest all my friends out there do the same thing.
