DO NOT USE TEVO NORTHRIDING! Terrible service!

Tevo Northriding have been failing bigtime for the past 2 months. I asked to order a filter for my vacuum cleaner and was told they would get the stock for me in June 2021. I had no feedback or follow up and had to do all the calling and each time i get a new excuse. Today they advised Tevo head office is the issue and that they cannot do anything to speed that up. I called Tevo Centurion (somehting i should have done 2 months ago) and to my surprise they have the stock I'm looking for. DO NOT USE TEVO NORTHRIDING!
