DO NOT PURCHASE BENNETT READ PRODUCTS!!!

I purchased a Bennett Read XTR 2000 Pressure washer at Game. My domestic used it 3 times and the motor burnt out. Took it back to the store where it was purchased, and the supplier (TEVO) says the warranty is voided as they think it was used for commercial use. When asked how they came to that conclusion, their technicians reply was the brushers were supposed to last 2 years and, in my case, it lasted not even a month, so she thinks that it was used for commercial use. I then explained to her what it was used for, and she said that she will escalate it to management. I then got a call back saying that they will fix it and not replace it. I refused and asked for a refund or replacement. The lady then said that her manager is refusing to replace the unit and was extremely rude about it. I guess this is the last Bennett Read product I will ever purchase as their products are of inferior quality and they do not honor their own warranty. They will be hearing from the Ombudsman about this issue.
