Disgustingly Unprofessional and Unsatisfactory

*** / 021 424 299 Nazlie Benito I would like to log a complaint to both TEVO AND GAME STORES. It’s beyond ridiculous how much money, time and energy I’ve been wasting. Please note I am extremely infuriated by the lack of service and assistance I’ve been getting. Its best to expose TEVO AND GAME STORES with their exploitation that only when you purchase good from them they happy to take your money but when there’s an “after service” required they point blank refuse to assist!

05/06/2020 There’s a 2 Year Warranty on this item after 7 MONTHS IT BROKE I TOOK IT BACK THEY REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE (ABDUL TEVA AGENT) Grand Central Cape Town Game.

October 2021 same problem i took the machine back. They took in and assessed the machine ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DIDNT SEND MY MACHINE BACK THIS IS A DISGUSTING MACHINE THAT DOESNT BELONG TO ME AND IM EXTREMELY MISERABLE KNOWING THAT THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE. The box isn’t mine the machine isn’t mine and I DEMAND ANSWERS I’ve been purchasing under TEVO many products but not once have anyone come up with solutions.

I’m sick and tired of wasting time to come out to store only to find people looking clueless as to what they doing and calling people at Tevo and being redirected many times.

I run a small little business from home I’m upset that I have to do this. It’s just so frustrating knowing that I spend money and time but I’m not getting any feedback. The Facebook Group Tevo doesn’t help they have a Bot that only send automated messages.

PLEASE HELP.
