Disgusting Service

A few weeks a go I sent my vacuum cleaner in as it wasn't sucking at all. So off I send it to Electolux and the bill me R300. They return it only to find that it STILL wasn't fixed. I sent it back saying it's still not fixed and now they are telling me I need to pay another R190 for something... When I refused asking for an explanation regarding the first payment and what that was for I was told asses the issue and labour... Are you kidding me the thing cost me R650 and they want to ROB me of R500.....<br> <br> When I had the choice i should have chosen another brand!<br> <br> Do you always steel people's money or just mine!
