Disgusting Attitude

<p>My mum purchased a Vacuum froim tevo at Makro Crown mines .The salesperson assured her that should she be not happy with the prodUct she was welcome to exchange the product within 7 days.We went through to Makro Crown Mines to make the exchange.A woman by the Name of Nompumelelo who claims to be the Tevo manager walks out and arrogantly proclaims "so whats the problem here "After my mum explained her concern ,This woman abruptly tells her in a very rude and nauseating manner that there is no such issue.Regardless of the matter she has no customer relation s****s ,she thinks she is above the customer .She refuses to take responsibility for her salespeople and she screams at her customer.I tried to get a word in but she rants on refusing to listen to the client .Despicable behaviour.She is not fit to be a manager .SHE WILL NOT SPEAK TO CLIENTS AS IF SHE WERE TALKING TO HER CHILD AS I SERIOUSLY DOUBT HER INTELLIGENCE AND ACADEMIC S****S.</p> <p> </p>
