Disgusting after Sales Service

Ordered a replacement part from Tevo Roodepoort for my Bennet Read One. It’s been over a month and I still did not receive the part. The store reads my WhatsApp message but they do not reply. Absolutely disgusting service from them. I will be taking this up with head office as I paid over R5000 for the vacuum and this is the service we receive.
