DISGUSTED CUSTOMER WITH SERVICE OF TEVO

I was givena Bennet Read Airfryer for Christmas last year 2021 - I have emailed Tevo on numerous occasions and NO ONE I is getting back to me. I even have the Exteneded Warranty. The quality is SHOCKING that is the least to say. It looks like I have had the airfryer for 20 years the way it has turned out. I have a gas stove which has after 15 years not one spec of rust on it. I have emailed TEVEO images of what it looks like. The materials used for the Airfyer is of less than standard quality. The materials are starting to rust after just 6 months. I will NEVER EVER suggest to anyone to buy ANY PRODUCTS manufactred by TEVO / BENNET READ......Their service is LESS than appaling. There is NO SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION NOTHING !!! I am sitting with a product that I have to keep covered instead of being my pride and joy. It is NOT a pretty site after only 8 months now of having the product. No matter how hard I try to clean it it just gets WORSE. I am pretty sure I am NOT the only one is this situation. Thanks to TEVO I will inform other people to STICK another brand. I should have bought a cheapie - it might STILL LOOK NEW. Not a happy customer............
