Discontinued thus no repairs????

I bought a Bissell upright carpet cleaner about 6-7yrs ago. Over yrs have used machine about 5 times to clean 2 bedroom carpets. During every use the machine either stopped spraying or stopped sucking up water. Been in for repairs 4 times. Now after being in storage - again same problem. Tevo now says 'machine is discontinued - no spares/parts anymorr therefore can't be repaired & I have no choice but to just get rid of machine'!!!! Terrible attitude and terrible product and service... a disgrace!! They sell products to discontinue after a few yrs and purchaser must then just discard the machine after hardly being used!
