Disappointing Service

I went to Game to purchase a vacuum and was met by your consultant (Siyabonga-Game Gateway). I explained to him that I budget was R1500.00 and if I could be shown something within the range. I also looked at the Genesis machine and when I was about to make a choice Siyabonga advised that he could give me the Bennett Read Tough 18 Wet And Dry Vacuum for R1699. I agreed as this was slightly over my budget but affordable, He them asked my to show the cashier the pic that he sent to me to receive the discount. When I got to the cashier I was told that he had sent me a price beat picture that was outdated. Now this was humiliating and embarrassing as I stood in the for a long while before being told that the vacuum was R 1999 which I couldn't afford. This is really humiliating as I had to leave the store without the product. This type of customer service is ridiculous and very unexpected from such a big company as TEVO.
