Disappointed with Bennet Read Vacuum

Hi

I bought the Bennet Read vacuum (Wet and Dry Hydro Vacuum Cleaner (1200W) just over 3 years ago. I can write a book about all the problems ive had with this vacuum. Ive sent it once already for repairs. Ive had issues with the suctions and filter. Now when I put it on, it has a horrible burning smell. Im scared of using it because I'm not sure where the burning smell is coming from. Im left really disappointed because this was suppose to be one of its better vacuums. And ofcourse it wasn’t cheap!! I bought this thinking I was buying a quality vacuum that would last me a good few years. However in the first 3 years of having it, its just been problem after problem.

I just wanted you guys to know this. This was not a great experience and would make me hesitant before buying another one of your products.
