DISAPPOINTED by Bannets Read Steam generator 'll iron

Hello, i have a complain I bought your bannets read ceramic iron steam generator 2. I am not happy with the product I only used it once but already took color of my clothes. The ceramic its now red and it got burned fabric on. This is not was sold to me by a sales lady she promised that nothing will stick on it. I only used the one once but this. I hope to get a resolution to this.
