Disappointed

If I could not give this company and it's staff a star it would be a zero star rating.

Such poor service for such a big company and it doesn't even seem to bother them. I would never buy another item from Tevo again and I don't recommend anyone to buy their products as it's such a schlep just to get an answer or even a call from them.

If it's such a big deal to replace a simple airfryer which broke down in 10 months after purchase and was fixed 3 times already within a span of 3 months and then broke down a 4th time and they still would not replace or refund my money then I don't know what it would be like buying a microwave or something of that size which costs even more and is suppose to last even longer.

Absolutely disappointed when my friends and family are telling me they've bought cheaper airfryers which they have for 3 years and longer and haven't had any problems I feel like a fool for thinking Bennette Read would be a good buy.
