Defective Bennett Read Fresh Press Juicers

I purchased a Fresh Press Juicer from Esquire Technologies in January. As soon as we used it the first time, the motor was running and stopping intermittently. We returned the unit to Esquire within a week. The unit was swapped out on the spot.

The very next day, the new unit did exactly the same thing, so we returned it again, in it's original packaging, within a few days.

A few weeks later we received the unit back, "Repaired" with the box torn and Tevo stickers all around it! As soon as we turned it on we could hear that it was even worse! The motor was grinding and we could hear parts crunching internally. I immediately contacted Esquire again and threw a bit of a tantrum, so they collected the unit from me a couple of days later.

Fast forward another two weeks, I get a phone call from Esquire, informing me that the unit has been "Repaired" again and that "it just needed a service". THIS IS A BRAND NEW JUICER?!?!? How the hell does it need a service. This tells me the NEW unit was swapped with a second hand one!

Anyway, the unit has just been dropped off with me again and the box has all but been destroyed! And low and behold, the unit is STILL faulty. I have a video as evidence.

Anyone reading this, PLEASE, for your sanity, do not buy Bennett Read products because they seem to be selling poorly built, defective products!!
