Defective Air Fryer and Unfulfilled Warranty

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the air fryer I purchased from Tevo, which has been plagued by recurring issues despite being under warranty.

Within the first year, I attempted to repair the air fryer four times, only to experience further malfunctions. With the warranty period not yet expired, I am now facing additional problems. However, when I tried to extend the warranty for a second year, your website failed to process my request.

Upon contacting your support team, I was instructed to cease attempting to extend the warranty due to excessive tries. This response is unacceptable, given that I have yet to complete the initial two-year guarantee period.

In light of these events, I am requesting a full refund for the defective air fryer. This will enable me to purchase a reliable replacement from a different retailer. I have been patient and given Tevo ample opportunity to address these issues, but the lack of resolution has left me no choice.

I would appreciate it if you could expedite this matter and provide a refund within the next 14 days. If not, I will be forced to explore further action, including filing a formal complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.
