Customer service :Tevo does not know what that means!

Bought a Bennet and Read vacuum cleaner Hydro 15. The clips connecting pipe to machine broke after a few months of use.Bought item at Game Bethlehem They gave me Millard of Tevo Bloemfontein’s number He promised it would be repaired for free as the vacuum cleaner is still under warranty. Drove 120k to Game Bethlehem who arranged for the item to be sent to Tevo in Bloemfontein. After many weeks item was returned to Game Bethlehem- not to the Vrede address as Millard promised. I was constantly in touch with Millard regarding the progress of the repair.He promised to send the repaired item to an address in Vrede. However the vacuumcleaner was sent to Bethlehem. We received the item at Game Bethlehem NOTHING had been done!! No new pipe with clips - just the old pipe with broken clips. I phoned Millard- he just brushed me off and handed the phone to someone else Do not buy a Bennet and Read product ! Breaks easily and to make matters much worse , items are handled by Tevo - a particularly unreliable company!!
