Customer service is terrible on there most acclaimed product

Booked in my hydro 15 vacuum due to not sucking correctly and getting water in places it should not they sent it to Tevo the guys phoned me was rude as hell on the phone when i got it back it is in worst condition then i sent it in now it is broken to the point i cannot lock it and still does not suck
