Customer Service from Bennett Reid

Seldom has it been my misfortune to deal with such a pathetically useless company. I simply need a small part for a vacuum cleaner. Thus began my quest for assistance from Bennett Read/Tevo. I have lost count of the cost of e mails and telephone calls to Cape Town and Johannesburg. How Bennett Read stay in business passes my understanding. Their unrelenting refusal to answer either telephone call or email beggars belief. Such wanton disregard of clients needs suggests to me that Bennett Read are well aware of the abysmal quality of the goods they supply and are too scared to face the incendiary wrath of furious customers. My business would henceforth be placed elsewhere.
