Customer service excellence from Bongani Masilela

I am so impressed with a manager that works at Tevo/Bennet Read, Bongani Masilela. He goes out his way to always assist & give customer service excellence. He of course doesn’t have to, he could just delegate, but he’s so humble & hands on & he is still the best sales man ever! Because of him I will continue buying Bennet Read appliances & I will recommend this brand to everyone & on all platforms. The way he describes the functions & details of your products are amazing, no misinformation just facts. And because I’m a quadriplegic & in a wheelchair, it reallly helps to know so much detail beforehand. He needs a raise or a promotion, because he is far more worth than gold to your company!
