Customer Service Does not.......................

I will never deal with these guys. The customer service is non existence. I sent in my s****** for repairs, it seems the repair center is based in Mars, as I get no feed-back. The phone does not get answered. Below actual mail sent from Janette on Tuesday, but still waiting for response
