Continuous breakage throughout its entire warranty plan. Came back from repairs but the same issue 3 time taken for repairs nothing done

I've purchased a Bennett read vacuum from TEVO, the vaccum came with a 3 year warranty period. During its warranty this vaccum had been taken in for repairs for at least 3 times. Warranty expired on the 19th of October 2024 had a issue with the vaccum and had taken before the 19th. This is the 3rd time, I've still waited for 3 weeks for it to come back which the 3 weeks ended today. I went to fetch it today at a GAME Store, I was promised that this will never happen yet I've told them that its an ongoing experience with this vacuum and I asked for a refund/exchange but was told that they must follow the process off booking it down. So to we're I was I had picked up the vaccum brought it home switch it on and it started, switch it off to give it a break then back on but it failed, it has the same problem as all the booked for repair it had gone through. **** products and broken promises is TEVO, angry, frustrated and I would never shop or recommend anyone buying from there
