Consumer beware

Order placed via online channel. nearly 2 Weeks later and still NO shipping or confirmation received. Christmas presents not delivered. Shockingly poor communication and very little to no feedback. A truly terrible experience dealing with this "company". Consumer beware, don't give these people your money.
