Hello thabang here I am writing this review based on a complaint about the vacuum cleaner that I bought about a weak ago and nou the machine seems to be broken it is sounding louder than the usual and has a smell like a cable is burning when it is switched on. I would like to get an assistant about this situation either the machine to be fix or get a new one or get my refund back because I am really not happy about this mind you it's not the first time we have encountered this similar situation so please may I get help as soon as possible
