Complaint : Air Fryer Damaged After Repair

Good Morning;

My airy fryer was purchased on 7th Feb 2022. A few weeks later the unit stopped heating and was taken to Game on the 12th March. Game sent it to TEVO and I received the unit back on the 5th April ( yesterday).

Upon getting home I opened the box ( which was sealed) and noticed dents on the front face of the unit. The unit was brand new when handed to Game and now I have a unit that is damaged. Please see attached pictures.

I have tried to called TEVO’s land line and no one answers. I require an immediate replacement of the unit with a unit that reflects what I have purchased as I will not accept a damaged unit that now looks second hand!
