I a bought Bennett Read Steam Generator 2 iron 1800 watt for R800 yet it keeps on getting broken, now they say they no longer have parts for my model so they want to offer a model that is way less than mine instead of offering one of the same price, if it's a higher model I'm willing to pay the the difference. I have called Tevo repairs so many times and ended up escalating to the repairs manager Abbey Beytell. They seem not tu understand my frustration of not having an iron for so long and for an iron to come back from repairs yet get broken again in record time of a week of coming back from their repair center. I buy so many of Tevo's products, Bennet Read to be specific, and haven't had issues. So it's clear that this specific product had an issue hence they discontinued it. If i buy a premium top of the range expensive product for lots of money, why would you think it's okay for you to offer me a product that is not of the same level and price? If i book in my Beamer in for service they wouldn't come back and offer me a mini bakie.
