Broken washing machine

Hello Peter,

My Bennett Read washing machine is not spinning. I bought it from OK Furniture in Blue Downs, Cape Town. The machine is fully paid for and still under warranty/guarantee.

My husband contacted the store, and they informed us to reach out to Bennett Read. They said they would call us and arrange a visit last week. He also went to the OK Furniture store to follow up with Bennett Read. Blue Downs mentioned a call was already logged.

However, this is now the second week, and no one has contacted me to explain the delay or to give a specific date and time for the repair. The washing is piling up, and I am very frustrated and disappointed with this poor customer service. Please assist in resolving this as soon as possible.
