BISSELL - ******* QUALITY - BUILT TO BREAK -

Bought a Bissell EasyVac Compact at Game in Ballito. Within 2 months the wheels fell off the head section and then the head section's neck broke (the part that does the vacuuming).<br> Since then, every time we vaccum the head continues to fall off all the time.<br> On returning to GAME in Ballito, they didn't want to know (typical of GAME!) and TEVO, the supplier of Bissell, also gave us the run around.<br> On returning several times, we had the same run around from all responsible, (GAME & TEVO).<br> A useless bunch of time-wasters.<br> They take your money, sell you ******* quality goods and don't care about fixing the inevitable problems.<br> BE WARNED and try another brand!<br> Good luck.<br> <br> Oh, and if BISSELL, TEVO and GAME wish to fix this, they can contact us and supply us with a new head unit to replace our broken one.
