BIG ******** DNT BUY FROM THEM!

I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from Tevo management. I purchased a Bennett Read ceramic iron on the 2nd of February 2021. The iron is burning my clothes and sticking no matter how much you clean it. I have raised this issue with their team, I received an email from Dines who said I must take the iron in pinetown to their offices. I went there and I was told I can't get a refund they will replace the sole plate for me. I do not trust this product hence I just wanted my money so I can buy rusell hobb. Today I was told that I can't get a refund because they investigated and found that the iron was used on high heat. I'm not stupid and this is definitely not the first iron I've used in my entire existence so for them to give me that answer is shocking. Their reviews are very bad people are complaining about alot of products from them even their customer service ****. I just threw my R300 in the drain because I don't even think I'll be able to use that iron again and on top of that I had to drive all the way to pinetown with my petrol to be told I can't get my refund! Don't I have a right as a consumer? The iron is not even 6months old yet it has burnt 2 of my items. What irritates me is that they're refusing to give my money back and it's still under warranty. Even the cord is tearing you can see that this iron is faulty yet their sales representative lies to customer and say it doesn't stick or burn clothes. I'm not buying anything from you again!
