Bennett.Read "Smart Flask" Cannot get spares for repair!!!
i have been using my bennett read 6.8L smart flask for a while now and the lids parts have started disintegrating, with this i don have a issue as i do use it alot, but now i am in need of parts and cannot get any help from anyone i try make contact with. this was a very good product but not being able to get parts to repair it make me NEVER want to purchase another Bennett Read product.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for not being in a position to assist with your request. The reason for this is because the BR Smart Flask was discontinued in 2013 resulting in all stock of the product and spares being sold out since then.
