Bennett Read...Brand not to be purchased.

Worst brand ever...purchased an iron and within a week its sticking and burning my clothes , sales rep laughs about it apparently no refunds until it goes to the supplier, supplier keeps it over 3 weeks and after making numerous calls still not sorted.
