Bennett Read washing machine complaint

Dear Bennett Read Appliances,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the your benette read washing machine(Sponono) and Hifi corp repair service I received for my washing machine. It's been over 5 weeks since I initially took it in, and it's still not working. The machine turns on, makes a low sound, but doesn't operate. I've had to resort to hand washing my toddler's clothes, which is not ideal because I bought this machine for a reason.

I tried to send your team a email a day after collecting it from repairs when I realised that the machine still does not work. I have not received and communication regarding the email I sent. I've already taken it back once, and I'm not confident it'll be fixed this time around. I expect a functional washing machine or a replacement. I'd appreciate a prompt response regarding the next steps.
