Bennett Read Vacuum

I bought a vacuum last year so that I can clean my car at game Eastgate last year in November.

2 or 3 weeks later I decided to use it for the first time. I literally used the machine for less than 10 minutes vacuuming my car and the vacuum just stopped working. I then took it back to game telling them I no longer want the item as it was obviously a waste of my money.

Game came back and told me that Bennett Read is refusing to take it back saying that the machine has too much dirt. What is the vacuum used for? Is it not to pick up dirt? This machine was recommended by one of your consultants on floor after explaining my budget and what I will be using it for.

The lady at game said I need to pick up the machine which I am refusing to do as I want my MONEY back.
