Bennett read vacuum

I bought a bennett read titan total in 2024, about 3 months in, i started noticing that the vacuum cleaner does not work as well as it.should. Since then I have been trying to get spare parts, at last contacted bennett read around Oct last year, up to date I have received no feedback on the products I ordered. Paid a lot of money for something I cannot use, not even resell because the filter doesnt do its job, the water doesnt pump when trying to wash carpets etc. I actively used the vacuum cleaner on 2 small carpets for about 4 months, and washed carpets only once. There is absolute no suction. R3000+ wasted. Will never purchase a bennett read product again.
