Bennett Read useless warrenty and poor customer service

Hello.

I bought a Bennett Read Tough 15 from my local OK Furniture store on the 21ste of May 2019.

I had to revisit the store on 30 May because the Vacuume was not working anymore. And received the vacuum back in the beginning of July incomplete missing pipes as per Tevo the MOTOR BURNT Out.

Using the Vacuum only once a week for half an hour at the most and not even continuous I had to take the Vacuum back to OK Furniture on 18 December 2019.

After numerous visits to the store and phone calls revisiting the manager no one could have helped me regarding the status of the machine in February after calling the store again they said to me the vacuum can't be repaired on warrenty because of misuse. As per Tevo I fitted a wrong filter.

Interesting fact I want to share is that I live in a Small town and OK Furniture is the only store selling Bennett Read products and Vacuum cleaners in a 100km radius.

I want to know from Tevo if I was to put in a wrong filter where have I got ahold of it, why would I change the filter if it is washable and best of all the OK Furniture does not even carry spare filters.

It's very frustrating to follow up on products being repaired by people who are not trained well enough and fit parts incorrectly and best of all the wrong parts. Bennett Read sells the product as a light industrial vacuum and they promise a wonderful warrenty.

If I can give any advice

DO NOT BUY ANY BENNETT READ /TEVO PRODUCT. They have no word, they do not stand behind the product they sell and they deceive customers by selling inferior products with a warranty that means nothing.
