BENNETT READ (TEVO) CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!

Returned an Aerovac within guarantee period - machine overheated and cut out. The same fault occurred. Had to pay R100 for it to be repaired (now out of guarantee). Same fault reoccurred. After returning it AGAIN within the time allocation for faults to be recorded, I have received ANOTHER demand for R100 for the fault to be rectified. I have e-mailed, phone calls are left hanging. It has now cost me over R140 to vacuum a small area 5 times. With their overall abysmal ratings i can see even Hellopeter will not evoke a response>
